Class Descriptions

YOGA FLOW

A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

HIT SPEED

Lift. Move. Heart pumping. Low weights, high repetitions. Get your heart rate up with 45 minutes of high intensity work and leave class dripping (drip drip).

HIT WORKOUT

Burn. Define. Full-body strength focused workout. This high-intensity circuit conditioning engages every muscle with a focus on strength and endurance, in 45 minutes of powerful work.

FULL BODY TONING WORKOUT

Pull. Push. Tone from head to toe. A total body conditioning class consisting of little to no impact. The workout includes the use of props such as hanging resistance bands to target each muscle group, sculpting a lean and long figure, from head to toe. And even though SCULPT: Fusion doesn’t include either of BarWell studio cardio elements, you’ll absolutely get your heart rate up and work up a sweat!

FULL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING

Here’s another total-body circuit strength training workout. It consists of two intervals, a lower-body multi-joint exercise, and then four alternating upper-body push and pull exercises. That’s :40 of all-out effort for each exercise and only a :20 rest between exercises and rounds.

CROSS TRAINING

Cross training is typically defined as an exercise regimen that uses several modes of training to develop a specific component of fitness. Cross training can include activities that develop muscular fitness, as well as aerobic conditioning. (e.g., resistance training, Pilates, a boot-camp class)

HIT THE SURF

Is all about getting away from the traditional static workout and challenging your body in new ways. Every exercise on the board is designed to engage your core & stabilizer muscles and shock the system to create real change inside & out. The body builder look is out & the lean surfer physique is in. You have to train like an athlete to build an athletic body type, and that means multi-planar movements that engage the body & mind in challenging and unique ways.

FULL BODY WORKOUT

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

RADICAL KICKBOXING

Fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
