Tristen Epps brings award-winning, hard-earned culinary skills to his position as executive chef at Eden Roc Miami Beach. In this role, he oversees culinary operations at the iconic resort, from his newly launched namesake restaurant, Ocean Social by Tristen Epps to room service, poolside dining, banquets and much more. Here, Chef Epps shines at the beautiful oceanfront dining destination, showcasing his talent with a seafood-forward, globally influenced menu. He has worked alongside some of the culinary world’s most distinguished names including Richard Rosendale, Thomas Keller, Troy Guard, and most recently, Marcus Samuelsson. At Samuelsson’s Miami outpost of Red Rooster, Epps garnered rave reviews, and was named a Rising Star Chef by Star Chefs of America. Under his purview, the restaurant was recognized by the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand. Additionally, throughout his career the talented chef has drawn media attention with appearances (and a win) on Food Network’s Chopped and Guy’s Grocery Games, CBS This Morning, Cooking Channel’s Best Thing I Ever Ate as well as countless print and online features.
